As a private foundation we do not solicit donations. However, the charities below are organizations that we have contributed to in the past and encourage people to contribute to. These organizations meet the goals DFF finds important in moving society forward and in providing for a better future. 
Robin Hood is New York City’s largest poverty-fighting organization. They provide 200 of the best nonprofits with financial, real estate, and management support. 100% of your donation goes directly to our community partners.
Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) helps people worldwide where the need is greatest, delivering emergency medical aid to people affected by conflict, epidemics, disasters, or exclusion from health care.
The American Red Cross donors, volunteers and employees share a mission of preventing and relieving suffering, here at home and around the world. The American Red Cross also teaches life-saving skills so our communities can be better prepared when the need arises. They do this every day because the Red Cross is needed - every day.
Ekal Vidyalaya is a Movement involved in integrated & holistic development of rural & tribal India. The main activity undertaken in this movement is to run one-teacher schools (known as Ekal Vidyalayas) all over India, in the remotest rural & tribal villages to take the education to every child. The overriding philosophy of Ekal Vidyalaya Movement is to take a holistic approach of social and economic development to Tribal & Rural India that is Bharat. The Ekal movement aims to help eradicate illiteracy from rural and tribal India following the philosophy of rural development based on the criteria of equality & inclusiveness across all the sections of the society.
The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) is a national organization that works daily in courts, legislatures and communities to defend the individual rights and liberties guaranteed by the Constitution and laws of the United States.
The mission of HTTS is to build a beautiful, serene Hindu Temple and community center in Westchester NY. They hope to meet the spiritual, cultural, and social needs of our community. A group of dedicated and determined Hindu citizens of our community have come together with a vision and a dream of building a unifying monument to our traditions
The Coalition for the Homeless is the nation’s oldest advocacy and direct service organization helping homeless men, women and children. They believe that affordable housing, sufficient food and the chance to work for a living wage are fundamental rights in a civilized society. Since our inception in 1981, the Coalition has worked through litigation, public education and direct services to ensure that these goals are realized.
Charity: water is a non-profit organization bringing clean and safe drinking water to people in developing nations. The organization was founded in 2006 and has helped fund 24,537 projects in 24 countries, benefiting over 7.3 million people. Overall, the organization has raised over US$200 million as of January 11, 2016

The organization helps guide intelligent giving by evaluating the Financial Health, Accountability and Transparency of over 8,000 charities and provides basic data on the rest of the 1.4 million U.S. nonprofits. Charity Navigator accepts no advertising or donations from the organizations it evaluates, ensuring unbiased evaluations, nor does it charge the public for this trusted data. As a result, Charity Navigator, a non-profit 501 (c) (3) public charity itself, depends on support from individuals, corporations and foundations that believe it provides a much-needed service to America's charitable givers.
